I initially stopped into the store to try the Cortina winter boots, but I was drawn to this stylish pair. When I put them on, they seemed very comfy for a heeled boot, and the square toe promised room for my toes, which are all about the same length so don't do well in pointed shoes. Unfortunately, I have worn them twice now and they somehow manage to squish my toes, possibly because the heel pushes the foot forward since there is zero arch support. I got my usual 39 (8-8.5), though in the Cortina that size was definitely too narrow at the toe. They look very hip, but they also make my feet look huge, which I've never had happen before bc I have small feet for my height. Maybe if you have narrow or pointy feet, they will work better for you. There is also a small flaw at the edge of the sole where it is cut jaggedly, which I did not notice until I had worn them once.

Badass boots!
These boots make you stut with a little hip swagger. I’m a boot snob & im telling you run don’t walk to scoop em up. And an excellent price point.
