Very wrinkly leather

I’d been eyeing these boots for so long and finally purchased, but alas, when they arrived, one boot was excessively wrinkled while the other one was smooth. I reached out and was told the leather was designed to wrinkle this way. Unfortunately, it’s not a great look, especially if each individual boot is wrinkling at very different speeds. (I wouldn’t expect a new boot to arrive with wrinkles throughout!) So sad to have to return these, but it just wasn’t as pictured.
